Refund policy

Returns

 

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unused items in their original condition with all tags attached.

To request a return, please email yourstrulytrench@gmail.com with your order number.

 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label. Returns are eligible for a refund of the item price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

 

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage cannot be accepted.

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
